Assist company president in the transition of four independent brokerage offices into a franchise operation and opening of a new office including the recruitment, hiring and training of sales, management and support personnel, and overseeing office remodeling.
Serve as Sales Manager and PRIMARY trainer of other Sales Managers and agents. ;hired 90 new/experienced real estate agents in 18 months, including 23 agents in 30 days.
Consult with over a 130 agents and prepare an action plan and sales goals.
Create and update sales training manual, program and materials for both new and established agents covering all phases of the sales transaction including generating immediate sales, establishing and dominating a territory, contracts, computer software, negotiations, property inspections and marketing.
Distribute sales leads received from Internet web site, devise award programs, prepare weekly meeting agendas, schedule training sessions, and hold follow-up meetings with new and experienced agents.
Answer incoming calls from personnel recruitment ads and input information into computer database.
Interview, hire, train and supervise office managers who in turn hire support personnel; make supply and equipment purchasing decisions; select banks and handle account matters; create office policies, procedures and documents; oversee maintenance of business and financial documents; assign desks and equipment to staff; prepare communications for corporate office; and respond to customer complaints.
Develop employee orientation materials, and process employee paperwork.
